Yesterday was The Dreaded W5D3, and it was fine. To date, all of the C25k "runs" have actually been intervals of running and walking. Yesterday, however, was the first uninterrupted 20 minute run of the program. I did it, and it was great! 20 minutes is not quite a marathon, I know, but it still feels like an accomplishment. I feel like I'm entering the home stretch of C25k. I really prefer the uninterrupted runs to the intervals that characterize the first half of the program. It also means that I'm nearer to the point that I can switch over to my own music rather than using the C25k podcast for the spoken interval prompts.
