Week Four wrapped up this morning with an early morning run up Pinehurst. It was beautiful out! Not muggy at all, and the before-dawn air was still relatively cool. I didn't see the moon but there were plenty of stars. Picking out constellations helped distract me and allowed the time to pass as I ran. With Week 4 behind me, the 20 minute run that caps Week 5 is now dead-ahead. I've done it before, so I can do it again. I just have to keep telling myself that.
