Today was a nice 25 minute run. I'm trying to ignore the fact that my left knee has been bothering me. It's not bad, so I figure as long as it doesn't get worse I'm not going to worry about it. It just aches every so often.

Wowee, you made it back, Dan. I'd practically given up on you and nearly booted you out of my bookmarks list.
ReplyDeleteI'm all the more pleased as after two years of running I had to stop for a while with some serious family illnesses and deaths, bad stuff and still unresolved but now am hoping to get my stride back. With you in the saddle, that will help motivate me. Keep up the good work.
