Even though I just started running relatively recently, I love it and I want to be a lifelong runner. I have been battling a nasty left shin splint since the beginning of the year, and rested it enough to make it through the Austin Marathon on February 18th, but now I'm completely off of it until at least mid-March. I can tell you as a veteran of 16 marathons and countless other races that these things happen, and although they might feel like setbacks, you'll come back stronger and fresher. Hang in there.Faithful Soleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06415872242033502810noreply@blogger.com
